Housing Policy Specialist - Repairs & Maintenance in Reading - CV-Library

My client, a leading provider of housing with Berkshire, is seeking to recruit a Social Housing Policy Specialist to review and update the key policies of its Housing Service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that policies relating to the repairs and maintenance provision comply with relevant legislation, reflect best practice and support the efficient delivery of the service to tenants and customers.

Applicants will require management experience and excellent subject matter knowledge of policy development, housing maintenance and repairs, ideally from a local authority background.

The deliverables needed will comprise a policy library, developed in cooperation with housing managers, including the following documents which must align with operational delivery and procedure.

It is envisaged that the role will last for six months. This is a hybrid working pattern, attendance to the office in Reading will be required to liaise with relevant managers. No car required.
