Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working 

Scania Financial Services have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. As deputy to the Financial Controller, you will play an important role within our business, you will be trusted to own reporting, taxation, audits, and internal projects that require input from the accounts department. You will possess excellent attention to detail and enjoy being the ‘go to’ for accounting queries. 

This role will require the successful candidate to be CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified. As a qualified accountant, we are looking for an individual who will delight in mentoring the wider team.

Key Responsibilities 

•    Accounting – you will be responsible for the delivery and review of all accounts related activity.
•    Excellent communication – timely and clear communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring all parties are         kept up to date.
•    Team player – ability to bring the team with you, through clear direction, mentoring and collaboration. 
•    Continuous improvement – focussed on the continual improvement of Scania Financial Services’ processes and       procedures.
