As we approach the end to our first year in business at Harlow Recruitment! I am pleased to say we have an opening for an Experienced or Trainee Recruiter to join our team!

Harlow is an Sales & Marketing recruitment agency owned by experienced recruiters Jack Benham, Tom Johnson & Lord Sugar. Having had a strong first year in business we are looking to expand our team as we move into a larger office space. In a short period of time we have built some fantastic relationships with clients within the Sales and Marketing space and want to bring someone else into our journey as a business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and growing business backed by fantastic investors, we have big plans for the future and want to bring in people to share our vision with.

Ideally, we’re seeking someone who is keen to get into the Recruitment industry and be given a full training plan. You'll ideally have some Sales experience, perhaps having worked in Estate Agency, within a call centre or within another Sales focussed environment. Alternatively, you could have had a taste of recruitment and know you’ll succeed much better in a supportive and mature environment (and want to get home in time for dinner each evening). You’ll enjoy speaking with people, be comfortable speaking on the phone and be a self-motivated individual with a real desire to succeed as this role will allow you to hit the ground running on your own desk where you will need to be resilient, excited to get on the phone and be in control of your own earnings and success.
