We are currwently recruiting for a Project Manager with Slipform Experience. General duties are below. You must be able to travel, as our client has projects in Dublin, Cumbria and Scotland

* Overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects

* Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget

* Organising logistics, delegating work and keeping track of spending

* Liaising with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities

* Planning, hiring, firing, and supervising employees

* Creating and monitoring benchmarks

* Checking materials and allocating resources according to the budget

* Negotiating contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors

* Acquiring necessary permits and certifications
