Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEN Tutor to join our team in Crowthorne. As an SEN Tutor, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support and guidance to students with SEN, helping them excel academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the unique needs of each student with SEN.
Develop and implement personalized learning plans that address specific challenges and strengths.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
Regularly assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence and independence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEN education and teaching techniques.
Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or related fields.

Working Hours:

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from £20 to £25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
