Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, No weekends or Bank Holidays! - Office based

Start date: Immediate

Competitive Salary up to £24,000 (OTE £30,000+ Uncapped commission structure!)

Carrying out customer calls with day-to-day use of the company's diary and call systems
Checking and confirming all customer details and having great attention to detail
Ensuring notes are taken accurately and updated
Excellent customer service skills
Active listening skills and have the confidence to up sell products and services
The ability to handle fast paced workload and not be afraid of challenges
Being the first point of contact for the company
Being highly motivated with a hunger to succeed and be the best you can be!
