Quantity Surveyor All Levels in Manchester - CV-Library

My client is looking for a range of commercial staff at differing stages/levels in their career from assistant QS up to Senior QS. You will be working for a main contractor on behalf of the Local Authority on Social Housing Refurbishment projects.

Requirements

Main contractor background experience
Social housing experience (decent homes, r&m, voids, compliance, planned works etc)
Ideally educated to degree level or working towards degree level
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong maths knowledge - numerical and data analysis
Strong interpersonal skills - including the ability to build and develop relationships
Strong IT skills
Project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and use your initiative
Knowledge of building and constructionDay rate will vary depending on experience and QS level
