Job Title – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location – Southeast London
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract Type: Temporary, Contract, Permanent
TK Education Recruitment is actively seeking experienced and motivated educators for rewarding opportunities at various childcare settings across South London!
We are collaborating with a variety of nurseries, including not-for-profit, community-based, and private, that regularly require temporary staff. Our current demand includes day-to-day supply work, short-term assignments, and permanent positions for Early Years educators and nursery practitioners in settings across South East London.
As a supply educator with us, you have the flexibility to choose the days and times that suit your schedule. Our availability portal allows you complete control over your diary, with no lock-in contract. This provides you with the freedom to explore different centres and many of our educators eventually find permanent positions that they love.
The Role:
Support Early Years teams across South London in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Travel to various nurseries in your area, with the distance being your choice.
Enjoy flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, allowing you to create your schedule.
Work 1 to 5 days per week; you decide when you are available.
Experience new philosophies and connect with different children. Work at various centres around South London until you find the perfect fit.
Who Are We Looking For?
Experienced nursery practitioners with a Level 3 or Early Years teaching qualification.
Confident educators with experience seeking flexible or reduced hours.
Professionals looking to return to the industry or explore new nurseries in their area.

What Do You Need?
Experience working with young children aged 0-5 or in a care setting.
A Level 3 Early Years qualification or EYITT.
Hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS with an update service subscription or be willing to apply for one.
An updated CV, outlining employment covering the last two years, with reference details available.
Valid work rights for the UK.
