About you
We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive who has positive and energised communication skills and can think on their feet and provide the best solutions! This role is based in Leicester or Leigh on a hybrid basis.
We are looking for you to have the following:
Strong sales experience with a first-class customer focus
Ability to absorb and relay technical information
Commercially aware, maximising opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Good IT literacy skills Microsoft office and CRM tools especially excel
About the opportunity
The Inside Sales Executive role will involve contacting potential and existing customers to inform them of Intertek service offerings to drive the overall sales pipeline. Based on one of our labs in Leicester or Leigh this role is the first point of contact for many of our new customers.
Key activities:
Identifying and actioning new business leads to develop our sales growth
Contacting a wide account base, via over the phone/email/client visits
Prioritising and disseminating enquiries to the wider sales team where appropriate
Liaising between customer and Intertek operations to ensure correct understanding and consistency
Driving and generating opportunities for revenue growth consistent with Intertek initiatives and strategies
Creating and delivering compelling client presentations for business review meetings
Preparing all relevant information such as KPIs and responding to all external queries within 24 hours
