Job Title: BMS Engineer (Controls Engineer)
Location: Coventry (mainly), with occasional visits to other sites in Derby, Lincoln, and Kidderminster.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with potential on-call duties on a rotational basis (1-6 call out).
Salary: £50,000 per annum.
Benefits: Company van included.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) or related field.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BMS Engineer (Controls Engineer) to join our team based primarily in Coventry, with occasional travel to other sites in Derby, Lincoln, and Kidderminster. As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building control systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, and commissioning of BMS equipment and systems.
Conducting routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with BMS systems.
Programming and customizing control strategies to meet client requirements.
Providing technical support and training to clients and internal staff.
Collaborating with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Participating in on-call rotations to address emergency issues outside of regular business hours.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting various BMS platforms.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving license.
