Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Kidderminster - £38,000-£40,000

Join our dynamic team who manufacture propulsion systems as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical equipment across multiple sites. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Engineering Manager, you'll primarily conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of machinery including presses, mixers, pumps, motors, and more.

Your responsibilities will include accurately logging downtime on our CAFM system and implementing innovative methods to reduce maintenance-related disruptions using our CMMS. Collaborating closely with a team, you'll diagnose and rectify faults on all plant and equipment, contributing to seamless operations.

This role offers extensive training in Propulsion Manufacturing machinery, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals with a Mechatronics or Electronics background holding a level 3 NVQ or equivalent. Basic knowledge of CAFM systems and ideally certification in 18th Edition BS7671 & 2391/52 inspection & testing are preferred.

Initially, you'll work day shifts from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 am to 2:30 pm on Fridays. After six months, you'll transition to rolling shifts, either from 6 am to 2 pm for early shifts or 2 pm to 10 pm for late shifts.

Join us in shaping the future of propulsion manufacturing with your expertise and dedication.
