Role Essentials:

* Drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and upholding an excellent standard of account management

* Creating a network of New, Lapsed and Potential Clients through business development calls and client meetings

* Engage with a variety of stakeholders within the Social Care or SEN sectors

* Deliver exceptional service, upholding Degree Six’s reputation for excellence

* Manage the full candidate cycle, assessing suitability and getting them placements

Skills & Experience We’re Looking for:

* Proven sales experience, preferably within a B2B environment

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting

* Resilience and determination to succeed

* Eagerness to learn and adapt within a specialised industry
