Hotel Manager in Ludlow - CV-Library

Our client based in Ludlow, Shropshire is looking to recruit a Hotel General Manager to oversee all operations at their luxury hotel. The role involves overseeing all parts of the hotel including the fine dining restaurant, spa, and hotel. You will be responsible for all staff including other management staff, recruitment, and staff development.

Other duties will include, leadership, customer service level retention, financial management, health and safety compliance and marketing. Reporting directly to owners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar role.

The role requires working flexible hours including weekends, and will be a 40hr-45hr working week.
