Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Avonmouth - CV-Library

FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment in seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (or electrical bias multi skilled engineer) for national engineering equipment business.  This role is permanent and based in Bristol, with salary £45,000 plus company van, fuel card and benefits.  Working on a diverse range of products, an ideal role for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with some PLC fault finding knowledge; working on new equipment which includes storage retrieval systems, box erectors, AMR robots, lidding machinery, pallet robots and conveyors.  Working within a team of engineers across the business.   Core working hours are 3 p.m. to 12 midnight, overtime available. 

Responsibilities:

Carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance

Identify root cause to resolve and prevent reoccurring faults

Maintain systems documentation

Review risk assessments, method statements and issuing permits to work.

Skills and Experience for the  Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer role:

NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or apprentice trained to Level 3.

Strong electrical knowledge with some PLC experience.

Experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
