To secure our next Finance Manager, we are offering upto £60k (DOE), as well hybrid working, 25 days AL plus bank holidays and an enhanced pension.

Our Finance Manager forms a key part of the site leadership team, having major input into the commercial and operational aspects of the business and is responsible for the forecasting and delivery of financial success.

If you’ve tracked finance performance for a large site based operation, including variances and margins against weekly, monthly and yearly forecasts then you’d be a great candidate for this role.

As well as being a fantastic finance pro, you’ll also need to be an inspirational leader and good manager of people, as you’ll lead a number of finance officers to deliver the wider finance strategy.

The role would suit someone fully ACCA or CIMA qualified and someone who has worked, or want’s to challenge themselves in a really fast paced FMCG environment. Expect the responsibility to know how the business is performing, to identify risks and to constantly drive commercial margins.

As well as the commercial operation, you’ll get involved in due diligence around major capital investment across the site, if you have any experience in this area it may supercharge your application.
