Description

As a Case Executive you will be managing your own caseload of customers that are going through the remortgage process you will be their main contact from start to finish ensuring a high level of client care.

You will be dealing with a high volume of calls and queries daily making sure they are promptly resolved and service level agreements are exceeded.

Profile

Previous experience of managing your own caseload ideally within a remortgage or conveyancing setting

Extremely customer centric and passionate about delivering the best experience

Able to work towards targets and deadlines

The ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent organisation skills

A good team player
