Sales & Account Manager in Edinburgh - CV-Library

Based: Field Based Covering East & Central Scotland

My client is a successful manufacturing organisation, due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be a mixture of account management existing Customer accounts and new business generation, developing relationships in East Central Scotland.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop relationships with existing customers to increase custom spend
Identify and target new customers in line with business market strategy
Provide customers with bespoke product solutions depending on their needs
Work closely with internal departments including sales, design, planning, production and logistics
Exceed customer expectations by working to SLA's
Achieve individual sales targets
Attend regular sales team meetingsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous sales &/or account management experience ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, FMCG markets
Excellent relationship building skills
The desire to generate new business opportunities
A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Confident IT skills including MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
