Do you work in bringing new products to life as part of your role?

Here at Mamas & Papas we are investing further into the creation on new award winning nursery products that inspire and support parents in becoming the best parents they can be: confident, capable, and loving life with their little ones.

Through this commitment, purpose and continued growth we are looking to recruit a Junior NPD Project Manager or Project NPD Developer as we call them.

Basically, this role, reporting into our Senior NPD Project Manager helps to steer these projects along a critical path, to make sure they are launched on time, within budget, in the right way, that does not compromise on putting families at the heart of everything we do.

You work closely with pretty much all departments from design, engineering, technical, testing, manufacturing, marketing, finance, merchandise, sales and all sorts along the journey from concept through to launch to achieve this goal.

This role ideal for someone who understands that creating and launching new products is not as easy as it may sound, with lots of paperwork, admin, reporting, documenting, filing, requesting, chasing, collaborating, and problem solving. However, the job satisfaction is huge in seeing an idea come to life and a family out and about loving life with their little ones through Mamas & Papas products.
