Main Duties and Responsibilities
Working with the General Manager and other Staff members as such to ensure Right at Home care operations has outstanding compliance. This is largely a field-based role to support our Clients/Caregivers in maintaining and improving our high standards of quality care.
Undertake field observations and spot checks on Caregivers.
Introducing carer to the clients.
Regular Supervisions and monitors Caregiver's progress.
Sign off New Caregivers making sure they are competent with their Medication and Manual Handling.
Shadowing / Mentoring new caregivers and supporting them making sure they are ready to work alone.
Participate in pre-onboarding client assessments and complete care plans.
