Our client is an established and successful asbestos management company that delivers a range of high-quality asbestos surveying and removal services across a variety of market sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic asbestos surveyor to join their London base.

The successful applicant will receive a competitive basic salary and added benefits such as company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, private healthcare, pension scheme, fuel card and other optional benefits.

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of property types
Carrying out bulk sampling when required
Creating comprehensive reports to be issued to clients
Understanding all Asbestos Legislations to keep in line with company policies and UKAS accreditation
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the company's clientsEssential Requirements:

BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification
Minimum of 2 years (post qualification) field experience
A full UK driving licence with a flexible approach to commuting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Broad knowledge of HSG: 264
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
