Role: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000-£40,000 DOE

Pertemps are recruiting a Conveyancing Paralegal to work with our Edinburgh based client.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
Conduct legal research and due diligence for property transactions
Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team
About You:

1+ years experience in a Conveyancing role
In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures in the Scottish legal system
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in legal research and document drafting
