Education Recruitment Consultant

Location: Sheffield, S1 4QZ

Salary: £26,000 - £38,000 + Uncapped commission, no threshold

This is a full-time, permanent role. You’ll be working Monday – Friday, fully office based. You will therefore require eligibility to work in the UK.

Working hours:

Term time: Monday: 7:30-17:30, Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30-17:00, Friday: 7:30-16:30
School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.
Key skills required:

Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
Attending client meetings/school visits
Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them
Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients’ needs
Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
Please note that this role will heavily involve sales, which includes working towards revenue targets. Rest assured, you will be presented with reasonable and realistic targets, and we will ensure you receive the highest level of support and training from our experienced professionals in order to achieve them.

This industry can be very demanding, fast-paced, and is constantly changing, therefore you must be able to adapt accordingly.
