Job Title: Geomatics Survey Manager
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Up to £50,000
Job Purpose:
As a Geomatics Survey Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing all activities within the land survey department. Reporting directly to the Technical Director and Managing Director, you will ensure the seamless execution of projects while upholding compliance with regulations and fostering strong client relationships. Your commitment to the success of our division will drive the achievement of project milestones and goals.

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.
Facilitate effective client communication and liaison regarding all work across the Land Division.
Manage projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Provide guidance to the Geomatics surveying team and contribute to land survey strategies.
Supervise subordinate staff and maintain departmental milestones and goals.
Maintain knowledge of department processes and report potential financial issues to senior management.
Oversee final QA for projects within the Land Survey department.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Directors.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Administer projects, liaise with clients, and allocate resources effectively.
Establish and maintain project milestones.
Plan and lead complex fieldwork projects.
Ensure data quality assurance of completed projects.
Communicate project risks and proposed action plans to senior management.
Attend site meetings and allocate projects to survey staff.
Maintain project and resource tracking within the Asana online platform.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
Proficiency in land and measured building surveying procedures.
Competent user of survey instrumentation and CAD software.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, internally and externally.
Proven ability to lead and develop a strong team.
Experience in client management and business development.
