Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Offshore Islands, Scotland
Duration: Full-time, contract basis

Position Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in either a care at home or residential setting. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the well-being and dignity of service users while promoting their independence and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Work effectively as part of a team in a care at home or residential setting.
Recognise and encourage the rights of service users, assisting them in making informed choices.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to National Care Standards, setting appropriate boundaries.
Requirements:
Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable).
Car driver with access to your own vehicle .
Minimum 12 months UK experience in a care setting.
