Are you passionate about delivering excellent financial support to both external and internal clients, ensuring financial information is prepared and issued within company requirements?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Finance Officer to join our growing fast-paced finance team based at Kingston Park.
As a Lead Finance Officer, you will manage a dynamic team, ensuring that the finance targets of the company are met. Your strong communication skills will be utilised as you liaise with Property Managers and clients to resolve any finance queries.
About the role:
Full time (37 hrs Monday to Friday)
Salary up to £35,500
Permanent contract
About you:
Youll need:
Previous experience working within a property accounting environment.
Ability to manage a team, work proactively, prioritise tasks, use own initiative and perform under pressure.
Professional, clear communication skills.
Ability to discuss financial accounting matters with Property Managers and clients.
Strong Excel skills are required.
Detailed knowledge of financial management systems and procedures, property accounting and ability to reconcile service charge accounts and set budgets.
