Print Estimator
The Print Estimator role can be for a full/part experienced/trained individual. The role is based in the office on site in Willerby HU10 6EB & is a key role within our business. You will create & maintain the positive relationships with our customers, suppliers & internal customers/colleagues ensuring their needs are exceeded daily.
Your hours of work are 37.5hrs per week working Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm. In return for your hard work, you will receive :

Image Data Group are a family run business with sites in Howden, Hull & Brighton, operating at the forefront of marketing communications, providing print solutions/products since 1989. We deliver innovative visual communications for the UKs leading retailers & corporations from banners, tension-fabric light boxes to presentation brochure packs & office stationary.
Main Function:
To provide administration support to the commercial team, produce and ensure efficient, accurate and timely estimates.
Key Performance Tasks:
Support the Estimating Team in the production of timely & accurate quotations to customers.
Continuously review workload throughout the day to ensure efficiency of quotes produced taking into account customer priority lists.
Review work in progress raising any anomalies or queries with Commercial Manager, Estimating Team, Customer Services or Sales to ensure best price is generated.
Use in house systems to maximise efficiency in producing accurate quotations.
To work in accordance with company operating and quality procedures at all times to ensure compliance with working practices & standards.
Perform other duties as reasonably correspond to the general requirements of the post and are appropriate with its level of responsibility in order to contribute to the success of the Company.
To be responsible for myself in ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and Company Policy; for maintaining safe working conditions including equipment; for drawing attention to hazards and to take reasonable care of ourselves and others. To ensure that all-necessary safety devices and protective equipment are used, and to co-operate in the operation of the Health & Safety Policy at all times.
Ensure that you comply with the Quality and Security policies and procedures (see attached ISM document).
Performance Indicators / Targets:
Consistent attainment of agreed estimating targets within given timescales.
All estimates meet customer & company specified requirements and quality standards.
To work as part of the estimating team ensure the company goals are met.
To demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
To uphold the imageData Group values by being customer focused, service driven, innovative, collaborative, flexible, enterprising and accountable.
Skills:
In depth knowledge of all of the estimating processes.
Sound working knowledge of the internal MIS system.
Numerate with a strong commercial understanding.
Flexible and adaptable approach to rapidly changing work priorities with ability to work under pressure.
A helpful and co-operative attitude.
High level of attention to detail
