Job Description
We are recruiting a Digital Training Lead to spearhead training and learning across our key digital systems. The role blends delivering tailored training programmes and creating high-quality support material. This is about delivering transformational change in how our business makes the best use of our key digital systems.
We recognise that Xpedeon is a priority digital system, and this role would suit someone currently working in a Support or Operational role with experience of Xpedeon, ERP or Construction Management Software
Key responsibilities:
Understanding existing support and current needs to identify areas for improvement.
Creating and updating support materials on our digital systems like guidance and e-learning
Developing and implementing training to help people to use our digital systems
Collaborating with stakeholders from across our business, from operations and commercial teams to the Training department and IT, to deliver training and learning and make it business as usual
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicating progress to directors
What would we like from you:
Experience with Xpedeon, ERP or Construction Management Software.
Awareness of different learning management platforms and methods of learning and development
