We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team and play a pivotal role in empowering our students to reach their full potential.
Position: SEN Teacher (Specialising in Complex Needs, SLD, Nonverbal, and ASD)
Location: Stechford
Key Responsibilities:
Tailored Instruction: Design and deliver personalized learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students with complex needs, SLD, nonverbal communication challenges, and ASD.

Inclusive Classroom Environment: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to learn and grow.

Multi-sensory Approaches: Implement innovative and multi-sensory teaching strategies to engage students with diverse learning styles and sensory preferences.

Collaborative Planning: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure continuity of support across all aspects of a student's learning journey.

Data-Driven Instruction: Utilize ongoing assessment and data analysis to monitor student progress, identify areas for growth, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Behaviour Management: Implement positive behaviour support strategies and de-escalation techniques to promote a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification.
Proven experience working with students with complex needs, SLD, nonverbal communication difficulties, and ASD.
Strong understanding of special education principles, pedagogies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
