What you will be doing as Sales Administrator
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring the Plumlife Sales team operates with peak efficiency, providing excellent administrative and sales support that helps turn inquiries into satisfied homeowners.
Provide excellent administrative and sales support to enhance our team's efficiency.
Handle a variety of customer enquiries via phone and email promptly, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
Manage essential sales and marketing materials, uphold GDPR compliance, and assist with organising and preparing for sales launches and events.
Work closely with the sales advisors to prepare sales documentation, instruct solicitors and process legal documents to assist with sales progression.
