Location: Colchester
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage demolition and strip out projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Supervise on-site personnel and provide leadership and direction.
Monitor project progress and manage any issues or challenges that arise.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in demolition or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are desirable.
