Your new role
At Hays, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Year 5 Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of 30 students and will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and will be able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students. This is a September start, a long-term opportunity that will run till the end of the academic year.
What you'll need to succeed
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire the students to achieve their full potential.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience of teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with experience of teaching Year 5.
A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to delivering high-quality education to all students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
