We are supporting them with their exciting growth plans and are looking for a Design Manager to join the team and manage a team of 5
Successful candidate to join a fast-paced ladies department, joining a well-established business.
Broad range of product experience needed; commercial value retail experience would be a plus.
Ability to Create detailed specification sheets and request patterns.
Lead customer meetings, influencing decision making and building relationships with buyers.
Partner with the sales team and other departments.
Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends fabric, colour, shape, and identify areas for development.
Develop and lead the strategy for the department.
Take a lead role in new business initiatives.
Manage the department, providing support and coaching and mentoring to all team members.
Analyse efficiencies within the team and implement new processes/ways of working where necessary.
