Our client is an established and successful business based in County Durham. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be Doing
Adding new customers to internal databases
Adding new opportunities into internal databases with correct project information, and setting up follow up calls
Responding to all enquiries within 24 hours
Putting together proposals for larger company projects
Putting together technical packs and sending over data sheets and renders to clients
Proactively calling clients to book project and supplier meetings
Checking for any new project opportunities
Using call lists to follow up with key contacts
Supporting the specification manager when holding company events
Keeping up to date with industry news and trends
Regularly following up and checking in with current opportunities
Using other sales tools to ensure all new projects are followed up and logged on company system
Attending meetings on behalf of the specification manager where necessary
Working to key company KPIs
About You
Previous sales experience is desirable
Be comfortable making outbound calls
Have a passion and drive for the role and company
Drive for business growth
Be open minded to change and drive to find solutions
Have a strong attention to detail
Have a thorough understanding of regulation
