Lead and motivate a team of Door canvassers representatives to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Provide coaching and support to Marketing team members to help them succeed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Proven experience in sales/Marketing management.
