A secondary school in Long Eaton is recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to work with disengaged students to develop their attitudes and behaviours towards academic achievement. This tailored intervention role is designed to support students with behavioural problems and low academic aspirations. Within this role you will be helping challenging students overcome barriers towards their learning, whilst acting as a role model and someone to look up to. The role is on a full-time basis, primarily a class-based position however it is very likely you will also deliver 1:1 intervention sessions at some stage in order to maintain the progress of student behaviour and learning.
If you feel you would be the right fit for this role, then please apply through submitting your CV. If you are a successful applicant, you will be contacted by Adam Crofts to arrange the next steps in the progression of your application.
