Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking to purchase car parts over the counter, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the purchasing process.
* Liaise effectively with various departments to promptly and efficiently meet customer needs, including checking stock availability and recommending appropriate parts/components.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently for both individual customers and contract clients, ensuring all paperwork is completed in adherence to company standards.
* Support the development and growth of the customer base by providing personalised service and expert advice on Car Parts and Motor Factors.
* Provide regular reports and feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement and addressing customer concerns proactively.
* Handle warranty issues and claims with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by the business to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
