Commercial Building Control Surveyor in Leeds - Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD

Our client a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their growing Leeds office.
The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or applied to be, Yorkshire based with experience in the commercial sector.
Commercial Building Control Surveyor Position Overview
Survey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolition
Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates
Involvement in a wide variety of work with plan checking, site inspections and project management duties.
Ensure project runs smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with the building regulations.
Commercial Building Control Surveyor Position Requirements
Prior experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the commercial sector
Fully registered or applied to be
Degree qualified
Full or part qualified RICS or CABE
Commercial Building Control Surveyor Position Remuneration
Salary: £55k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
