Repair/Service Engineer in Birmingham - The Staffing Network Ltd

The Staffing Network are looking for a REPAIRS/SERVICE ENGINEER in the B28 Area.

POSITION: - REPAIRS / SERVICE ENGINEER.

SALARY: - £TBC (Paid on last Thursday of every month.)

WORKING HOURS: -
Monday Thursday 08:00 16:30
(Morning break 10:00 10:15, Lunch 12:30 13:00, Afternoon break 15:00 15:15)
Friday 08:00 15:30
(Morning break 10:00 10:15, Lunch 12:30 13:00, Afternoon break 14:45 15:00)
Where exceeding normal working hours, overtime rate of pay is:
Monday Friday: time and third
Saturday: time and a half
Sunday and Bank Holidays: double time.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: -
As part of your role, the successful applicant will be required to strip, report and test the condition of pumps and pumping equipment in house and on site as part of a team with senior service engineers and at times lone work.
From time to time the position requires the successful applicant to work unsociable hours and due to location of the work may be required to take an overnight stop to meet customer requirements.
The successful applicant will be provided with all tools and PPE equipment required to carry out the work efficiently and safely.
Company uniform will be provided including overalls.
