Direct Investment Valuations Senior Manager in Sheffield - British Business Bank

Description Location: Sheffield / London / Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week) Contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)
The Role

In this position you will insource, implement and manage the process to regularly value a large portfolio of investments as part of an existing direct equity programme. Working closely with both the Finance Team, Investment Teams and external parties you will ensure a robust and documented valuation process is implemented and executed on a quarterly basis feeding into BBBs valuation process. The management of members of the Valuations Team is also part of this position.With experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, you will be able to demonstrate Financial Assets Valuation experience and applying IPEV guidance. Extensive experience of data analysis, interpretation and judgement as well as performance reporting to a variety of stakeholders is also required, as is a knowledge of operational aspects of fund management.
