Are you an established CRM Specialist looking for a new opportunity within a highly successful, luxury brand in Leeds?
Zealous Agency are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the talented team of an ace luxury brand with a base in Leeds City Centre.
As an CRM Specialist, you will be an integral part of the digital team helping to develop an effective database and CRM for the business.

You will:
Design and implement CRM strategy and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Design and implement data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Manage the integration of marketing and commercial activity onto the CRM system
Support the utilisation of CRM use by all team members
Increase email subscribers, exploring and testing new sign-up methods
Develop, implement and manage CRM marketing plans to increase revenue at a positive ROI.
Establish, lead and track ongoing success metrics for CRM initiatives and relate them to ROI to inform decision making.
Be highly organised, analytical and have an excellent attention for detail
