Solicitor - Wealth Preservation in London - Greenwoods

Were currently looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our highly successful and well renowned Wealth Preservation Team in London. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise by working on a varied mix of wealth preservation matters, with support from our partners to develop in your role.
Greenwoods Legal LLP has a highly regarded team able to advise a wide range of clients from individuals, trustees, landowners and business owners who may have assets in the UK or abroad.
Many of the situations we support our clients with are among the most daunting and important decisions they will make; from drafting a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney to Estate Administration.We also provide specialist advice on inheritance tax, tax planning and trust management.
Our team are committed to delivering excellent client service, taking the time to understand client requirements, objectives and concerns and provide bespoke solutions to complex situations.

In addition to complex matters concerning Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Probate, our team also give specialist advice on inheritance tax, tax planning and trust/estate management. In this role, you will work independently and efficiently on a wide range of existing client work, undertake business development to grow our client base and referral network and supervise junior lawyers and paralegals.
This hands-on role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to shine in a small team.
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor/legal executive suited to NQ-3PQE with good experience of complex Wills, probate, LPAs and Trusts/estate work. You will ideally be STEPqualified/working towards STEP.
