Salary: NCJ 12 - 17 £26,421 -£28,770 , Actual Salary: £23,786 - £25,900 + Wellbeing Cash Plan + Pension Scheme LGPS + Additional AET Benefits
Hours: 37 per week (41 weeks per year)
Start Date: May/ June 2024 (Negotiable)

The role:
We are seeking to appoint an assertive, dedicated, caring Student Support Leader with excellent organisation and time management skills, to lead in the support and pastoral care of students. Focusing on behaviour management, attendance, wellbeing and communication with parents, you will be a key member of the 'team around the child' working closely with form tutors and a Progress & Standards Leader.
Skills and experience we are seeking:
Experience of working within a school environment
Skilled in behaviour management methods and tools
Track record engaging and building rapport with young people with pastoral needs
Experience of collaborating with other organisations to support students
A driving license for this role would be advantageous
