Regional Business Development Manager
£38,000 + Bonus. (£48,000 OTE) + 15% uplift dependant on location
South West based with Regional Travel
Company car or car allowance (£500 per month) + mileage
Pertemps are thrilled to be working with a specialist client in the Construction Services and Training industry. We're seeking an extraordinary individual with expertise in Sales and Business Development to join our client. As the Regional Business Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing a sales and marketing strategy in the South West, as well as spearheading the discovery and cultivation of new business opportunities.
The role of Regional Business Development Manager will include:
Embrace and apply a comprehensive '360' approach to fulfill all business sales and marketing needs.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the sector to maximize sales opportunities.
Stay informed about industry dynamics, market shifts, and funding/grant opportunities on a regional scale.
Supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager in ensuring company targets are achieved
Generating sales leads for education and skills training through excellent customer relationships.
Organising and attending key industry events to promote brand awareness and utilising data to optimise sales efforts.
Maintaining a good knowledge and understanding of products, programme routes andqualifications in order to communicate effectively the provision offered.
Achieving pre-determined KPIs and targets.
Attending client meetings and responding to customer needs.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of funding and grant assistance opportunities regionally.
Assisting with apprentice sign up and onboarding.

The requirements of the Regional Business Development Manager:
Full driving licence and willingness to travel is essential
Knowledge and understanding of funded qualifications and skills training with experience of working in the independent training sector is desirable
Knowledge of Construction industry is desirable
Strong experience of building lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong administration and organisational experience
