Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: £40,000
Shift: Monday-Friday DAYS
Location: Totley, South Yorkshire
I'm currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor position at a state-of-the-art high speed industrial manufacturing company based in South Yorkshire. The client are a leading international business and supply solutions to major clients across the globe. This site has seen a lot of growth within the last few years, due to this growth they have needed to expand their engineering department and as a result there is now a need for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, prioritising work, training and development of engineers but also, they will need to get stuck in with hands on work from an electrical and mechanical standpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for a current maintenance supervisor to join a large company and build a fantastic career.
Skills required for the Maintenance Supervisor:
Multi skilled with a mechanical bias
Able to MIG Weld
Have an engineering qualification.
Ideally have leadership experience
Factory Background
Continuous improvements
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
