About the role
The post holder will work closely with one or more of GAVOs dedicated and passionate Teams who are making a real difference in their local community. Can you engage and empower young people to become volunteers and support local organisations by making quality volunteering placements?
About you
We want people with an understanding of the third sector and practical experience of working with young people, ideally in their recruitment as volunteers. It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to monitor and evaluate information using computer systems. Experience of administering grant schemes is also key.

We deliver our services across four Local Authority areas in Gwent; Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire and Newport.
