Chartered Surveyor in London - Carter Jonas

As a Chartered Surveyor at Associate level, your main tasks daily will involve marketing and leasing open storage or low site density new sites. You'll utilise existing databases and various marketing channels, including industry contacts, to increase the profile and contribute to the market knowledge and intelligence in this area. You'll report on disposal properties and update the open storage database with completed deals, while also managing disposals such as lettings and sales. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing board reports for property transaction approvals and network for business development with industrial agents and developers. Actively participating in team management and development, you'll collaborate with other departments to identify new fee opportunities and ensure consistency and efficiency. Your role also includes acquiring new instructions from both existing and prospective clients and supporting the team partners with presentations to secure new business and handle larger instructions that require teamwork.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm
Chartered Surveyor Requirements:
We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have a Chartered Surveyor with post-qualification experience a good understanding of investment and development appraisals, strong entrepreneurial skills and a can-do attitude. The post holder will have a good knowledge of landlord and tenant law and protocols and excellent report-writing skills. Additionally, youll have strong client management and communication skills and will have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner.
