Small Jobs Manager - HVAC

Location – Chelmsford

Salary - £35,000 to £45,000 (DOE)

Year-end bonus based on company performance and individual KPIs

Up Front Recruitment are looking to hire a Small Works Manager for a fast-growing company.

A rapidly growing company in the HVAC industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Small Jobs Manager to join their team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of new mechanical and HVAC Small Jobs, from initial estimates to final handover.

Role and responsibilities not limtied to:

• Utilise Joblogic proficiently to ensure smooth jobs management.

• Ensuring cost efficient procurement of material and other resources for each jobs

• Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed on progress and exceeding expectations.

• Providing accurate, cost-effective, and timely quotations for small jobs, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

• Aiding the team as well as troubleshooting issues and optimising solutions.

• Manage engineers and subcontractors effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Direct responsibility for on-time delivery and budget control of small reactive and small jobs up to a value of 50K.

• Ensuring company procedures and health and safety legislation are adhered to and implemented by on-site teams.

Requirements:

• A results-oriented individual with a proven track record in a mechanical industry.

• Prioritise effectively.

•Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dedicated to professional growth and job satisfaction.

• Available to Work full time from our office outside Chelmsford.
