Resourcing Group is recruiting on behalf of a local authority Regional Maintenance Contractor who specialise in carrying out reactive maintenance on domestic properties within the local authority sector in Exeter and Plymouth.

They would like to appoint an experienced Carpenter or Plumber Multi Trade to join their team asap in Devon and Cornwall. The role will be bias toward carpentry or plumbing, however, they also carry out some reactive repairs, so the ability to carry out other trade duties would be advantageous. This could be changing taps, doors, windows, glass, leaky pipes, and so many more small jobs that could be fixed.

This role comes with a van if required or you can use your own van.
