Recruitment Resourcer in Norwich - CV-Library

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our ever-growing Industrial Team in Norwich.

This is an entry level role, which requires no recruitment experience but you’ll get ahead with a driven and hungry attitude. You’ll be able to learn from experienced Recruitment Professionals that can help coach you alongside your team of Recruiters.

Your responsibilities will include:

Using a range of techniques to source candidates
Maintain contact with candidates to discuss potential opportunities over the phone and face to face.
Updating and communicating via social media platforms
Working on the internal CRM to keep data clean
Candidate Registration
Compliance and Admin
