You’ll be leading a small but mighty marketing and customer service team, working across marketing, PR and commercial, joining at an exciting time as they roll out a new brand identity and look ahead to a packed programme of special events.

As Head of Marketing you will:

Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategies
Manage the roll-out and consistency of the new brand across all channels
Supervise marketing and customer service teams, providing mentorship and support
Collaborate with various teams to execute commercial, educational, and fundraising activities
Establish effective communication processes within the department and across the organization.
Ensure operational and data protection compliance for marketing systems
Manage marketing budgets and achieve targets for visitor numbers and revenue
Lead targeted marketing campaigns, oversee digital strategy, and manage agency contractsYou can expect the following benefits:
